Name error in Vistor Visa permit what should i do???

I need your help guys,

My daughter's visitor permit has an error in her name spelling, I didn't notice that immediately.
So what can I do or who should I contact exactly to correct this problem.

And, I have another question, her entry Visa type is Single ,so I need to change it to multiple
what should I do?
