Hi all, I have a query and need your help.
Name difference - all my educational documents, pan card, aadhar card from India have my full name with last name as initials. While my passport and work docs including work permit have full name with expanded initials.
Eg- Monisha Kamini A. is the name educational documents while my passport and work permit has Monisha Kamini Ajitha
Hence I am planning to make a same person affidavit. I am currently in Canada. Can someone tell me if I need to get the affidavit notarized from India or Canada?
