Name Difference in B.E Degree certificate and Passport will it cause any issue in PR?

Name in B.E Degree certificate - Vijay (Same name will be in WES report. As same degree certificate will be submitted)

Name in Passport - Vijay Ashok Kumar

will this cause any issue in PR process?

Note:
- Name is Vijay Ashok Kumar in Aadhar, Driving License and Passport.
- Name in PAN is Vijay. Should i change name in PAN?

Please let me know and also how to rectify this issue?

Not an issue. This is a very common problem in India. Just add an affidavit and letter of explanation when submitting your final PR application post ITA

There is no particular format for getting affidavit. You have to submit it during your PR application after receiving your ITA. Regarding the places to get affidavit, search in the internet for the local places. It is different for different countries.

when filling application u wuld be asked with question diff name so just put ur name there and also explain in LOE..
