My citizenship certificate and my daughter certificate were issued with shortened names and I was advised that I have to send the certificates back to processing office in Sydney for correction. I am just wondering if anyone passed through the same experience. Does this take a long time? Its not a name change, its just a correction. Does anyone have an idea about the processing time of name correction on citizenship certificate?
