Name conflict in Passport and Degree Certificate - ECA Evaluation

Hi All,

I write to understand more on the ECA evaluation.

My Name on Passport is "Putreddy Mohan", but on the Bachelor Degree it is "P Mohan". Do I need to get a notary saying both the names are used to address the same person, i.e., me.

Please let me know if any one of you are you in same situation or if you already have resolved such issue.
