Name changes in certificates and passport

Hi,

I have changed my name officially in aadhar and passport.

I am applying for Canada PR.

All my educational certificates have my old name and passport, aadhar is with new name.

What is the process while applying for evaluation of my certificates(through WES)

Please help!!
