Name change

I sent in a IRCC form for a request for a name change on my application.
Will i be notified when my name will change or how will i know ?

The principal applicant may check name displayed on the online account linked to the application or through Client Application Status

Principal Applicant should also ensure they have a new passport with the new name.......because in your name your COPR will be same as in the passport.

I have attach a copy of my new passport to the IRCC form.
Do i need to send in a physical copy to the CIC office also?

you don't need to send a physical copy for change of name.......you could send electronic copy through IRCC webform.
