There is no way I can change my name in canada as I will have to change all my documents at my country before I can optain the new passport . Please help

You can always check with the Canadian consulate in your home country regarding any name changes. I think they will tell you what to do.

Also try to ask your own consulate to see if they offer you help so you can go to the consulate/embassy and collect your new passport.

Most embassy's though do offer such help and it can be arranged. It sure does stop you spending money unnecessarily.
