Name change in Marriage certificate

Hello Everyone,

Hope everyone is doing great.
Recently I got an invitation for express entry and I have to submit marriage certificate for the same. My wife maiden name (that is on the her passport) is different than her last name on the marriage certificate.

My question is, can I submit the marriage certificate and passport as it is or do I need to change her name on the passport ?

U can explain that in LOE I guess

Also, I have used her name before marriage in the express entry application, do I need to mention her name after the marriage in the Section "Personal Details" where it says "Has this person ever used any other name"?

Sorry, the question might looks absurd. But, LOE is same as Same Name Affidavit only I guess?

Yes.You need to declare it.
Under name change document upload the affidavit.You may explain it in LOE.
