Hi, I just received my name change certificate in Ontario. however, my driver's license, health card, and PR card still have my old last name. I really want to apply for my citizenship since I've been waiting on this certificate for months. My question is do I need to renew my license as well as my PR card prior to applying for citizenship? Ultimately PR will be useless once my citizenship is approved.
