NAIT - Shredded Official High School Transcripts

Hello,

I am in a predicament at the moment. I applied to NAIT and sent in copies of my high school transcripts. They told me official copies of my high school transcripts need to be sent, so I did. I mailed them as I do not live in Edmonton.

When I went to NAIT to pick them up they shredded them as soon as they received them. I had no idea that do not keep copies of my documents or originals. What recourse do I have as I don’t even have copies of them.

Official copies does not mean originals themselves!

You dont have a copy or scan anywhere? You never sent them in email maybe?

Otherwise you meed to go get them at your high school.

Thank you. I guess I do not have a choice.

I sent in as mail as I am currently in Canada.

I sent in my copies originally and it was not accepted so they told me to send the originals as that is they only way they would see my package as complete. Other colleges accepted my copies but not NAIT and it seems the prefer to do things in person. Thank you.
