MyCIC update....Will my study permit be approved?

Hey guys
I applied on June 24. Processing time was 5 weeks but recently changed to 6 weeks.
8 weeks have passed since I applied
Today I got an email saying my application was updated, but when I logged in there was nothing.
What does this mean? Is it a good sign?

I applied for canada study permit on 12 july 2016, There was no update , But yesterday the status showed updated, and after few hours it again changed to submitted. I am a little confused with this.
I did not receive any email from CIC.
