Yes, the natural language ? points have been made much more useful.
EG it used to be that if you clicked ? next to "Final decision", it used to say something that people misunderstood to mean they'd passed, even when the app was brand new, and couldn't have done. It explained a particular thing that could be there, whether or not that thing was there. The pop-up is now much clearer, and explains all the possible situations you could be in, "The final decision tells you when your application is: in progress, approved, not approved because it was incomplete, refused, withdrawn, cannot be withdrawn, or cancelled." etc etc.
