I applied for visitor visa for my parents and status shows cancelled. No other message. What should I do ?

Did you request to cancel it?

If not then call CIC asap.

I tried but they said you have to talk to the VAC centre. and the VAC centre doesnt have a number.

I didnt cancel it.

Yeah VAC have different rules.

Try calling them.
