So turns out that my TD bank account had some transaction issue and has left me in a state where I owe TD $450, they have forwared it to there collections department. I've try to call them to clear this out and have mentioned that I'd pay the full amount, now my question as this amount was owed since March 2016 do you think they sent info to CIC? Would my work permit be cancelled on this grounds? I'm quiet worried as I'm going back to Canada in just 3 weeks time.

This was already answered in that there will be unlikely any impact to your permit as is between you and the bank. Its not as though you have been dragged before the courts or a warrant has been put out for your arrest . Its only 450 dollars after all and even if such an action were possible to happen you would know about it directly but as said extremely unlikely.
