My work permit expired and I am now on restoration period.
and I am gonna to apply for restoration and staying as a visitor until my LMO is being issued.
What to tick among A,B,C,D,E in the IMM1249E form for restoration and visitor permit?

A: Extension of temporary resident status as a visitor
B: An initial study permit or extension of study permit
C: An initial work permit or extension of work permit
D: Restoration of temporary resident status as a visitor, student or worker
E: Another temporary resident permit including two passports
