Hi,
I applied for working holiday visa and yesterday I received this answer:
Thank you for your interest in working in Canada. After careful review of your Work Permit application and supporting documentation under the International Experience Canada Program, I have determined that your application does not meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). I am refusing your application on the following grounds:
• You have not complied with our request for information, per subsection 16(1) of the IRPA. To date, you have failed to comply with our request for submission of the following documents: Original Police Certificate from Greece.
You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. All new applications must be accompanied by a new processing fee.

Nevertheless, i am absolutely sure that I submitted my police certificate. Do you know any number to contact with someone in order to see what can I do next? Also, if I reapply for, will I lose my turn?

So are you saying that in your MYCIC account your uploaded certificate does not appear ?

You could try a case specific enquiry if it shows as having been uploaded but probably now too late and you would need to apply again. Given you have been refused it is likely that at least you will get a refund of the fee.

How many chances do I have to be approved if I apply again? Because I think that I will loose my turn if I reapply.
