Hello everyone

I hope you are doing well
I have 2 questions please, and I would appreciate your help.

My PR card is approved( first time), but on the IRCC portal it shows my wife's passport.

1- Is it going be an issue in the future?

My wife's PR card is under process, the submission was done on the same day (during the landing).

2- Do you think that it is delayed or my be delayed (she is still within the processing timeframe) because her passport number is shown in my PR card application?

Thank you in advance.

IRCC portal, do you mean GCkey?

1. I don't understand what you are asking here.
2. It is not "delayed", it is taking it's own time. Wait for 2 months from landing, if you still haven't received your PR cards yet, call IRCC and see if the card was mailed, but never received. If that's the case, they'll send you a form and provide next steps to request your PR cards.

Sorry if my questions are unclear.

Yes GCkey.

1- In the GCkey portal, my PR card application shows a travel documents that is not mine ( it is my wife's travel document number). I mean the travel document should be mine normally. My question is: Will my PR card be linked to my wife's passport? Or it doesn't matter as long as my name, DOB, COB are perfectly matching?

2- Thanks for answering my second question.

I don't think it matters what GCKey is showing you. I was never able to link my PR card application with GCKey, neither for my spouse. All that matters is that your PR card should've all the right details about you. As long as that's the case, there should be nothing to worry about. You can call IRCC to confirm this as well.
