I need your advice, I'm the main applicant and we recived an ITA, my wife is Saudi national and she would like to come and live with me in Canada without applying for PR or having a Canadain citizenship.

What will be the best way to go about it?
I'm planning to submit my application as unaccompanied spouse, however, i have no clue what are the next steps once i get the visa and travel to Canada. How can my wife live with me there without a PR, and which visa should she get to be eligible to work there?

You can sponsor your wife once you become a PR - this process can take up to 12 months.

Without getting PR, the only way your wife can live in Canada with you temporarily is through obtaining either a study permit or work permit.

To obtain a work permit, she needs a full time job offer from an employer in Canada and that employer needs to obtain an approved LMIA. It tends to be extremely difficult to find employers willing to go through the process.

To obtain a study permit, she needs to be admitted to a school in Canada for a full time program (earliest this would be possible is January 2018). She will need to pick a program of study that makes sense in light of her previous education and work experience (otherwise she can expect to be refused). She will need to also show a bank balance of at least $25K to cover her tuition and living expenses. Also, she will need to show strong ties to her home country and prove he has no plans on remaining in Canada long term.

Neither is guaranteed to be approved if she applies.
