lol atleast you had chance to spend some qulity time with your wife for so many months! i wish i was in your shoes. Well you have an interview next week, be well prepared and expect any unexpected questions, review your application, and make sure to bring any additional proofs you gathered while togheter. goodluck 8)

Good Luck with your interview! being apart sucks but the time apart is so much sweeter when you are back together!

i can totally relate to this 100 percent. i stayed with my husband in canada for just over 6 months, spent every day with eachother.... got married and had to leave two weeks later : ( it was soooo so so hard, and i was so sad for such a long time. but im thankful for the internet and how it lets us talk and see eachother on a daily basis : ) i hope you feel better and hope that you and your wife get to see eachother sometime very soon! i know its hard and its easier said than done, but just hang in there and know that at the end of this all youll never have to worry about when youre going to see her again : )

That is what I thought tbh. When my wife gets takeaway food or something quickly on the way home from work, I can't say I have ever made a point of asking what are you eating and where did you get it? Seems a very peculiar question. lol

SO yeah thats what am talking about!! my husband didnt know any name ,why the hell in the world i would tell him the name of each place i go to eat and not even like he would know the hell they serve and not like if he he knows he will get some food from there later, he is from south asia for goodness sake!! i dont know myself where the hell i eat when am hungry i get in and order the damn food in the bord thats it.lol if they would call me to ask this question i wouldnt know what to answer too!

anyways :P

This is both funny and scary :s

Did anyone ever watch the movie "Green Card" with Gerard Depardieu and Andie Mcdowell? They learned stuff such as the colour of each other's toothbrushes and preferred brand of deodorant. Should I start studying just in case?! :o lol.

Now that I think of it, I would be able to answer those questions :P

To OP, I'm sorry she had to go back :( I remember when I had to take my hubby to the airport the first time... I cried SO MUCH, right there in the airport!! :'(

I hope it's not going to be too long until you guys are reunited.

I think it would be terribly unfair to deny residence over a detail like that. Unless they asked a 100 questions like that and the person failed all of them ???

The movie is American; it got several nominations and awards. IMBD: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0099699/
I remember it being very cute. Last time I saw it I was like 12 :P, and never watched it again because the end is sad :'(

Should I have warned for spoilers? Because the movie is from 1990!!
