My wife committed marriage fraud. Will marriage annulment deport her?

What would it take for you to write a single line that's readable? Dude, I'm a desi and even I can't understand what you write. I don't want to generalize the socio-economic dynamics at the home of people who write like that, but if I were to - I'd say that wife beaters are pretty common in that segment and women who want to marry for PR are plenty too. Do a better job of explaining what's happening? You wrote something along the line that "RCMP has reported her to CBSA/IRCC" - what happened after that? Write it in a way that people can understand and respond rationally to. You trying to assassinate characters won't help, you stating timelines and how things escalated might help - but, you are here to ask a very specific question so do that instead of fighting random forum members.

Totally agree. I don't know why so many people still waste time trying to help those crazy guys. Claiming that cameras are necessary just because their parents are seniors is bullshit and an excuse.

I see a lot of sponsors being bossy, using the system to control their spouses, and being very abusive. I don't believe it when so many people come here talking about marriage of convenience, etc., etc. They want to put their spouse on a leash, and when the person doesn't accept these conditions, they want to revoke the sponsorship. If your spouse is really for convenience with you, that's YOUR PROBLEM. You signed the document! Be an adult and stop asking the government to clean up YOUR MESS.

Use your brain I don't think you understand I do have to check the cameras because my parents don't speak English if anything happened so I can make a call to ambulance and I have a camera before she come here and you can't judge somebody within 30 days just like you you only can talk when same happen to you then you understand

Aside from your opinion on the cameras there are a LOT of people that use marriage of convenience - she was only there for 30 days. You cannot call her a victim when you don't know her side of the story. If someone fake loved me to come here I would be pretty pissed too and report them. It's a common scam. It happened to a friend of mine, 6 months after he arrived he went back home to visit his girlfriend, she found out after he got back and caught them on camera. After awhile he finally admitted, "Sorry, this is what we do but want the traditional wife from home that hasn't been in another relationship but after securing a future for ourselves." Sure enough, within 2 years he's remarried and he can't even legally bring his new wife here yet because he's still under the 5 year timeline. My friend was blindsided completely. The family had a HUGE wedding for them and she spent months in his country. But - the game is well played when you can leave a developing country and secure a better future. This is way more common than you think and it really pisses me off - because people looking for love are being used.
