My visitor rejected and i wanna stay in Canada more

Hi there,

I applied LMIA, however, it takes longer then i thought so my previous visa expired and i applied visa as a visitor.

I got a result that my visitor visa rejected today but I'd like stay in Canada, since my partner and I are thinking common-law.

Is there any way to apply any visa or something?

You need to apply to restore your status if you want to remain in Canada.
