Applied online to attend a conference on March 15 and Bio metric done on March 20.
Received an email on April 9 about bit delay in processing due to larger volume.

Whereas a friend/colleague applied for same conference on March 27 , biometric done on March 29 and she Got PP request on April 9.

Is it normal or what ?
