What's your profile ? your education, what did you show as finances ? how can you expect people to help you if we don't know about you.

I am new in this forum. My profile? I am currently studying language in China at University and wanted to go for English language in Canada. I uploaded my uncle his bank statement with amount of 200.000 USD founded available inside. also a letter which written he will take my responsibility till 8 months and signed up at notary.

This reason is given when you misrepresented some information on your application. Normally you are banned from entering Canada for 5 years if you have committed misrepresentation. You should check if this is mentioned in your rejection letter.

I am not sure that you will leave Canada at the end of your residency period under subsection 216 (1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations, based on your previous travels.

Have you overstayed in Canada or another country before? it sounds like you have done something previously, so that the visa officer thinks that you will not leave Canada.

I am not sure that you will leave Canada at the end of your period of residence under subsection 216 (1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations, given the reason for your visit.

Why would you learn English language in Canada when you are already learning in in China? It is very difficult to get study permit to study English language in Canada. You should learn English language in your home country and then apply for a program in Canada.

I am not sure that you will leave Canada at the end of your residency period under subsection 216 (1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations, given your immigration status.

I am assuming China is not your home country. If you apply from outside, your home country and you cannot return to the country where you applied form, then you will be rejected. It is always preferred to apply from your home country.

I am not sure that you will leave Canada at the end of your period of residence under subsection 216 (1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations, having regard to your personal property and your financial situation.

What funds have you show from your side? If you are showing a sponsor, it is always better to get a blood relative (mother, father, siblings). Have you made any payment of fees to a Canadian institution ?

Hello,

Yes. I am currently living in China but I didn't do any previously I'm just studying Chinese language program. Yes. China is not my home country.
NO, he said I am welcoming to reapply if I can meet the required . The founds is for someone else .

I didn't made any payment of the fees. the college I applied to tuition for 4 months is 4500$. The college mentioned that I've to make the payment once arrived in Canada.

Okay.

No point applying till you have fixed what was wrong with your first application. IRCC believes you lied to them. Were you entirely honest in your application?

Yes. the college I applied to is little bit expensive for me. I want to pay my studies fees for 2 years ahead but its expensive when I was admitted I've directly applied for visa since school mentioned I've to pay when I got to Canada. So, generally that's it.

Nah, that's not it. You aren't telling us everything, so it's impossible to help you.

They mentioned 5 questions that I've to solve and be able to fix them.

1• I am not convinced that you have responded truthfully to all the questions that were put to you.

2• I am not sure that you will leave Canada at the end of your residency period under subsection 216 (1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations, based on your previous travels.

You can reapply if you feel that you can address these concerns and demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. In this case, you will have to pay the processing fee again.

Nah, that's not it. You aren't telling us everything, so it's impossible to help you.

Yeah, I can't believe that there is a college so virtuous that will accept a student without them paying a cent. If there is such a place, clearly they aren't in the business of education.

Recently I received an email from embassy which says :

Your request has been updated. Please log into your account to check the status of your request and your messages for more information.

But When I logging there is no change on my checklist .
Should I wait to see or apply another school?
Thanks I appreciated your helps.

Studying english will be a problem, it doesnt make sense to immigration officer that you are spending all this money to go to Canada to study English while you could do that cheaply in your home country.
Also since you are not in your home country it is going to be very difficult to show ties to home country for you.

It also seems they found some of your information to be fake/forged. What college are you going to?

I suggest you order caips notes first and only apply after you see what happened.
