my visa expired

Hi there,

I now hold a valid work permit but my Visa on my passport expired already last July 2010, and iam planning to go home to my country on Dec. 2011, what do i need to do & do i need to prepare this early? Please help, i just want to fix everything ahead of time, is this wise?

Hi there,

I just want to clarify some questions regarding my TRV if do I really need to renew it before going to vacation?, coz I still got 5 months before the expiry date. My TRV is going to expire on May 2, 2011 and I am planning to take vacation to Philippines on Jan.2011 to feb 2011 in a period of one month. The problem is my TRV (multiple entries) is stamped in my old passport and my old passport is not valid coz I got my new one. And I got a new valid working permit with me too that expire feb. 2013.

What is the best thing to do? Pls. somebody could help me for some advice and any suggestion. I would really appreciate.
