My TRV has been in process for a year and I am still waiting. Does anyone have a similar case?

Hi, I have applied for the family TRV in November, 2021 from Abu dhabi. It's been almost a year we have been waiting and still have no results. To several emails we have written only twice we got an answer - the same generic response that they are working on the documents. I have even applied to check the officer's notes but that is also pending. I have a feeling they haven't even opened my file. Does anyone have a similar case?
