I went in for my test and citizenship interview today
Arrived about an hour early and waited with others in the waiting room---
The CIC officers opened the door to the test room a little after 8 AM and asked all of us to come in. They wanted to see the yellow test invitation and handed you a scantron. They asked that if you were there with a relative that both of you sit on opposite ends of the room from each other.
They asked if everyone had copies of the biometrical page of their passport and if not, they would make copies for you (there was a copier in the room)
The tests were hand out and I found it super easy (perfect score). As I handed the scantron in, the lady at the front immediately scanned it into the reader to grade it and asked me to go wait in another room for the interview.
I was interviewed by a lady and another lady (that seemed to be getting trained). Was asked to provide copies of my passports, the actual passports, PR Card, orig landing paper and two forms of ID....She went through the passport and asked me if I had travelled outside of Canada and I said no. She asked me where I worked and I told her I had a LOE and she said she did NOT want to see it. Made detailed notes on my file and said I should get invitation for oath in 2-3 months (all of the officers were quoting the same time, and this was the time that was written on the board in the test room)
I was out of there by 8:45 AM
