My study permit has been approved. Can I apply as FSW as I am experienced

My stdy permit for Quebec has been approved.
Actually I have a 5 years experience in aerospace .
Can I apply for FSW in this category or it will create any problem, Plz advise

You can. Both are independent. But you should mutually inform and update your status change during the process in both the applications.
