Hello guys. I was given admission into University of Manitoba in December 2020. I started my visa application but unfortunately, their server was having issues so I was able to apply this march 2021. The issue now is that I was able to attach all my documents online but at the point of paying, I had issues again which made the 60 days ultimatum given on the application elapse. I decided to reapply again. Surprisingly today 26th April, 2021. My sponsorer which is my uncle said he was called by Canadian VO asking him information about me if he knows me. I'm still in disbelief as I'm very sure I wasn't able to submit the previous application as I didn't pay at that time.
P.S: I've not done my biometric either. Is it possible my application was submitted without payment and they've started processing without me paying my application fee?
