After my son got engaged I Informed the Canadian High Commission Islamabad about his engagement but i have not reveied any response from them and last month we are called for visa issuence could you please advise me what to do ?

Well...Engagement has no legal standing and does not give rights of spouse and accompany to Canada.

Engagements, commitments or stuff that is just verbal etc etc are not relationship changes or status changes.

IF your son has not married the girl and there is no legal documentation, there is no need to inform VO or follow it up.
