I am very confuse what should I do now
As my sister got rejection 3rd time
The reason is same that they are not sure that she will come back after completing her study,,

Is it safe reapplying again? ?

She explained everything in sop that why she got rejection
She got overall 6 band with no band less then 5.5
Previously she had 5 band in one module that could be the Reason of rejection but now she has good score as she did 12th
