If relative has moved you must inform SINP and IRCC. That is misrepresentation and a 5 year ban. Relative must stay in province until you have landed too. Need to show the extra 20 points if you want to keep application going.

We informed to SINP, due to his son medical condition relative moved and we are in the Saskatchewan, and I received a determination letter for cutting 20 marks and they said they will be informed to IRCC. I need help in this situation

So there is nothing you can do but wait. If you have received the letter reducing the marks then expect nomination and PR application to be cancelled. Look at the SINP program and see if eligible for another stream but with quota cuts not sure it is an option. 20 points is a lot to make unless you have job offer, French, English etc.

Sadly if a relative moves then the purpose of the points also no longer relevant. Family are awarded points because chances of remaining in SK longterm and ability to integrate increases if you have family in SK.

We are in to much street, is there any chance so I can save my application and get PR. If SINP detected my 20 points. Without 20 points my score is 62. But draw score was 71 at that time, pls guide

SINP knows and will contact IRCC to cancel the application. Your score doesn’t meet the draw. No way to save unless you can prove you have the other 9 points which is most likely not possible. You were given nomination because of a family member and that is no longer a fact. Are you in Canada? If so what is status?

Yes in Saskatchewan on work permit and it’s going to expire next month
So look at job offer streams but it must be in one of the in demand streams. Employer will need PAL. Or look at Express Entry. If WP expires then you have to stop working.

My relative moved out 2 years ago due to his son medication condition to get support for another family member who is living outside Saskatchewan, and my SINP approved 4 yr ago PR application still in process, i am inside Canada in Saskatchewan, i informed SINP relative moved from SK. But they send me a letter for withdraw nomination. Can i save my PR in this situation. Please Guide

2 years ago??? When did you report that your relative had left SK? Consult a lawyer but unlikely especially if they moved 2 years ago.

You cannot save PR if nomination is withdrawn. You were only eligible to apply for PR with nomination. Assume SK has informed IRCC too.
