Let's say that a person takes IELTS exam twice, and second result is worse than first? What than?

If I send the first result, what than? In OP6 I read that CIO considers the latest IELTS results, so I wonder if CIC is connected somehow to IELTS, or can they check or find out that my English was worse second time when I took the test?

No CIC has no link with your IELTS center, they go as per the results......

just got my result !!

L=8.5 . R=8.5 W=7.5 .S=8.0 ; average of 8.0


my writing has improved , scored 6.5 earlier probably because i used pencil to write my essays , so i was able to edit mistakes within the allocated time !. i am so happy ...
