MY RP REFUSED UNDER LIVE IN CAREGIVER PROG!!!HELP ME!!

Hi,

please help me my application got refused because i started with my employer aug 2007 but and i applied for a work permit with her the same month and she released me aug 2009 knowing i already completed 24 months i didnt know too until now that i wasnt allowed to work til i get the work permit which i received nov2007 so basically im short by 3months and my 4 years is ending on june 2011.what should i do??and if theres wo where i could complete the 24 months am i allowed to get a new employer and start all over again in a LCP without going back to the philippines???please i need answer asap im running out of time Cry thank you..

My heart feels for you my friend, you need to get another employer to apply for another Lmo but i must tell to be fast about it cos you gat less than 6months . When did you send your appl for PR and when did you get thé resfusal letter from them ?

no i havent receive any yet but im sure i will because my 4 year ending is on June which is no way i could finish the 3 months short cos even if i pass the LMO and job offer but the process will take 3 months right which will leave me less than a month til my visa expires.if i get an employer and willing to sponsor me again for 2 years under foreign care giver program,do i have to go back to philippines while it process of i could just stay here in canada???

I sent the application Feb 1 2010 and i received the letter telling me i need restoration cos i lost my visa and i did not complete the 24 months just Last 12 of January..

from august 2009 up to present you didnt find any work? thats too bad. you really have to start all over again. you dont have to go back to philippines. but you have to process your paper outside canada maybe to the nearest u.s. boarder. best of luck. keep us posted.
