W and S are on borderline. Don't know if thats good. Wait for experts. My result :

L-8.5, R-8.5, W-7.0 and S-8.0 | Overall - 8

Got it after practicing 3 tests of Book 8 one day before the test. I am sad about Writing I really wrote well but did lots of spelling mistakes (maybe 15 in total )

it should be acceptable for both admission and visa since you have scored well in both reading and listening sections. Overall, 6.5 is pretty acceptable. You are good to go. Do not need to sit the test again.
