Like the title shows, it was rejected and they wrote in red ink, that the photo was damaged and needed to be certified. I do not understand because I took fresh new photos and gave them the certified one all signed and whatnot by my doctor and also had the stamp by the photo studio in Ottawa where I live. They returned everything except for the photo they claim to have been damaged! What can I do to get them to approve my application? Take new photos? Call a number and explain? I probably will have to retake my photo which sucks.
