My profile score and ITA score received do not match

hello everyone,
I have taken ECA for my masters only is it fine or I have to get ECA for Bachelors as well? all those who are claiming points for masters degree please do comment.

1. you created an EE profile, submitted and transferred ti.
2. Received your first ITA
3. Then had to update your EE profile, which changed your points
4. So declined it and entered the pool again
5. Made your changes, got a new score and profile was submitted
6. In the next draw you received your second ITA, with old score?
7. When you check your transmitted EE application it shows all the changes you made + your EE profile displayed correct score
8. But when you check your PR application, the data carried over still had contents from previous application and not the updated ones

I have the exact same issue. What did you guys end up doing?
