My PR card has not arrived in a year an a half

I went to Lebanon with my pr card, but it was lost there. I was able to get a temporary one for 1 entry, now the pr card is expired I tried to renew it a year ago and it still hasn't arrived

Do you meet the residency obligation for PR? Have you lived in Canada for at least 2 out of the last 5 years?

Why don't you contact IRCC and request a status update?
