I got a mail from immigration office stating that my applicatin got rejected as I got 64 points. Earlier they have asked me to send the IELTS score, which I did. However, they it seems they have not recevied it and hence considered language proficiency points, with out my IELTS score, and there by i couldn't quailify. Had they really considred my IELTS score, I will surely qualify with 67 points. The point from immigration office is tha I haven't send the IELTS score, despite several requests from their side.
Can some tell me how can I contact them to explain the situation and resend my IELTS score?
