confusion in Language part.

thanks, my total points we count as English (higher) and applied, now I got AOR from sydeny CIO, I have to submit.

FBI clearance report from USA (I'm in the USA)
Indian PCC
Italian PCC(kind of police clearance)
Fund proof (total $17k)
IELTS.

my question is my points I calculate when I apply for initial process to CIO sydeny as we calculate 67 points with language. but if I dont get high score in IELTS then I can apply for next steps or can I send all docs to embassy with less IELTS score. my lawyer told me score would be 6.5 in all and in liestning 7.5 needed.
any option if we get less bands in IELTS and it will calculate 67 points? means If I got band 5 and listening band 6 or 7 it is possible to get complete 67 points.

Hi Himanshukumar,
If in your case, you get exactly 67 points when you get the highest score from IELTS (16 points), then definitely iof you fail to get the highest score later on, your total score will be less than 67 and you will have to re-take the exam until you get full points or try to find an alternative way (e.g. French language point, etc.) to reach the minimum of 67 points.

Remember if you can't reach 67 points, your application will be rejected, so make sure you reach this minimum score level before you submit your full documents.

uhh thanks, I have problem for writing , my hand-writing is not good because since 12years I am in IT(computers) so no time for write, now I am trying to improve good writing skills, but still no good hand writing get back. lets see, I will try to get good score.
