Hello Guys,

I was invited to apply for my PR and now I'm putting all my documents together.

The first issue I have is my job title is Receptionist but my job description falls under administrative assistant. I used the admin assistant noc to apply for my express entry but now I'm worried about my reference letter because it will state receptionist. what can I do about this?

Secondly, the other companies I worked for before my current job. one is closed the other wont give reference letter. what do I do about this also?

third, do I need to do my medical exams before I put my application in?

1 - The title is irrelevant as long as the NOC you've chosen matches the duties and responsibilities stated in your ref. letter.

2 - If you claimed points for such experiences you have to provide a reference letter. Find a former manager or colleague who's willing to write a declaration of your duties and responsibilities and notarize this document.

3 - Yes, you have to do your medicals before submitting your eAPR.

Two of these jobs are customer service in retail which doesn't give me any points (i'm assuming) do I still need to get the ref letter for them?

You can move them to the personal history section as long as you didn't claim any points for those. Make sure that's the case though.
