I don’t have any idea, what to do anymore. It feels like I wasted 8 years of my life. I was 18 when I moved to Canada and today, I am 26 but still at zero. I had to move back to India, and I’m left with nothing. I am broke, with a useless diploma and am currently on anxiety pills. I feel like giving up on everything. I literally don’t know what to do with my life now.

And honestly, I don't think you're at zero.

You're 26. You have eight years of experience living in another country, navigating a completely different environment, completing a diploma, dealing with setbacks, and now having the courage to admit that you're struggling. Those years aren't recoverable, but they aren't worthless either. They gave you skills and experience that aren't visible on a résumé yet. And please don't judge yourself against the version of yourself who left India at 18. That 18-year-old had no way of knowing what the next eight years would bring. You aren't failing that person. You're trying to help them.
