Just got a letter today. Application got refused after adding spouse as accompanying. No interview even needed anymore. Think twice for those want to add your spouse as accompanying dep.

Yes but not anymore. I guess they have changed their mind. It's heartbreaking. My work permit will expire soon. What a waste of time.

They said it's a bad faith marriage. I think it's much tougher to add a spouse in PNP while the application is already in process. I will reapply.

i applied sinp nomination along with my wife and i got nomination and her name is in nomination
then i applied pr
we both got medical

now waiting so what do you think

We pass the medical
We also paid upfront RPRF

my question was as her name in my nomination letter means she is already nominated so we are safe or not

Don't worry,his fate is not your fate..there are many applicant that include their family as dependent but they were approved and got passport request..I read some from February forum,we are also added as dependent at my husband AINP application...we are decision made last Friday..We are February 2014 AINP applicant...most of the February nominee got DM last Friday..

i suggest clearly mention all abt your
file. we all will try our best to give advise
put full time line proof what u put for marriage
anything else
