My place of work is based in London, but we have a Canadian entity, can I move to Canada and work.

I am currently working for a tech start up in the UK, and we have an entity in Canada, with a satellite office there...

Can I move to Canada this way, if my company would sponsor me? Unsure how this grey area works. We are a business of 100+ and 5 members of staff in Canada.

This would be an easier option that finding a company to sponsor.

Your company either needs to get an approved LMIA or apply for a work permit under the intra company transfer program if you qualify. Both options would give you a temporary work permit and allow you to live in Canada temporarily.
