My PGWP is going to expire, what should I do?

Hey!

My PGWP is going expire in next few months, and I’m not sure what to do if it expires. What options do I have? I’m already in the express entry pool but the draw is too high to get selected, I’ve good job as an analyst at a bank, was wondering if I can just extend my work permit?? As I already have a job? Is that possible

Please help me out, as not able to understand what to do next

You stop working. PGWP is a one in a lifetime opportunity and cannot be extened. Just because you have a job doesn't mean you can extend work permit unless you have an approved LMIA from your employer. Do you know French?

If score is not high enough then learn French or get foreign work experience. Either way you stop working when permit expires.

Banks typically do not support LMIAs but that is something that you should have brought up with HR a long time ago. What is your CRS score?
