Hey, I have exactly the same case. I have applied on Jan 19 and got refusal on June 15th due to active public policy date issue. I am aware that I needed to stop working. Am I eligible for BOWP in this case? Friend of mine kept working for almost 7 days past her status got expired as she was not aware of it - Is she eligible for BOWP too? Please let me know if someone has an idea.
