hi! i just have questions about our application. my partner is working in singapore but her papers was forwarded to manila. my question is if they ask for additional documents like police clearance where does she get it? from singapore? or nbi clearance from manila? does she have to go back home? thanks! sorry im just confused right now..

Is she a Philippines citizen? If so then CIC simply is processing the app based on her citizenship, which would be Manila office.

You were supposed to have submitted all police clearances with the application, from all countries she's lived in for 6 months or longer since turning 18. So this would include both Philippines and Singapore if she's lived in either place since age 18.
