My partner created 2 IRCC accounts.

My girlfriend recently submitted her Express Entry profile. She was a student in Canada but after studying and working, she returned to her home country. Now, she plans to submit a PR application once she receives an ITA. Instead of using her old IRCC account (lost her credentials for 6 years account), she created a new account with a different GCkey (new username and password). Would this be a problem, or should she have submitted her EE profile using her old account?
I don't want her to withdraw her already submitted EE profile unless it can create a problem for her.
I am asking this because she was assigned a new UCI number.

When we created her EE profile, there was a question asking if she had applied to EE before, and we answered that with a 'Yes' and gave her old UCI? So, I am guessing if required, IRCC would easily be able to access info about her past applications using her old UCI and probably merge both UCI at some point while processing her application?
