My parents are travelling to canada on sep 10th from delhi

My parents and brother are travelling from Delhi to Regina on Sep 11th (Wednesday) from air India flight. I can share the itinerary. It is the first time they are coming out of India and they have language problem I was hoping to find someone who is travelling by same flights to Regina or up to Calgary.

I will really appreciate any help.

Have them present a letter with the details about their trip (length of time, addresses, etc.) and that they can’t understand English. Airport officials and CBSA should be able to direct them properly and find an interpreter for them.
