Starting this thread to give my observations.
Many applicants in different visa offices especially New Delhi and London are receiving rejections for 4131 citing descrepancies in job duties.
Applicants feel that visa office is wrongly evaluating them.
I feel that most of the applicants are employed by university/colleges which award degrees rather than college/polytechnic/vocational training institutions which award certification/diplomas.
The second set is 4131 NOC whereas the first set is 4121.
Eventhough job duties for both professions is similar they can be differentiated based on the employer.
Maybe CHC was lenient earlier, and stricter now a days.
Please note that I do not have any experience in teaching related professions nor am I an expert.
This may not be applicable for most of the cases.
My observations may be wrong, if so than this can be a good thread for further discussions.
